Our Emergency Relief assists the South Burnett community members by addressing their immediate, basic needs by providing financial or material aid.

We can help you when you’re struggling with bills, your budget, or just not getting by.

We can often help with:

Food Hampers
Fruit and Veg vouchers
Assistance with utility bills
Minor car repairs
Support with scripts/medical expenses
Family 2 Family Thrift Shop vouchers
Fuel vouchers
Accessing a FREE financial counsellor
Referrals to appropriate services

Graham House Community Centre Emergency Relief Hours are:

Monday – Thursday from 9am – 2pm.
