Our Community Connect Program offers a universal access point, ensuring that anyone in the community can connect with the people they need, when they need it.
We can help link you to services for:
- Financial pressures
- Struggles with everyday life and worries
- Drug, alcohol or gambling concerns
- Health and well-being concerns
- Homelessness or housing issues
- Domestic and family violence
- Educational needs
- Legal concerns
- Difficulty applying for and navigating government services
We provide a confidential and safe space. Everyone over the age of 16 years is welcome to access this service.
