Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible.
There will be no consequences except an improved service. The problem can’t be fixed unless we know about it.
Advocacy
An advocate is someone you can elect to act on your behalf. This can be a family member, friend or someone else.
You can obtain information about an advocate by calling the Queensland Aged and Disability Advocacy Service on 1800 818 338.
