Donate  Graham House Community Centre was established in 1988, and provides people within the South Burnett an opportunity to access a range of Services from one location. These Services range from Family Support Services to provide practical and emotional support to families in our community who are experiencing difficulty through to Community Transport that provides transport to frail aged members of our Community. All of our services are provided free of charge to clients with the exception of Transport, while we receive some government funding we rely on gifts and fundraising to expand and develop [...]
