• Use the computer for government information, self-service and other purposes such as job hunting
• Lodge Centrelink forms and pick up other forms and brochures

Agents can:

• Respond to general questions on payments and services
• Show you a quick and easy way to do your business with self-service
• Arrange for referrals to specialist services

Agents CANNOT:

Make, review, assess or vary your payments. Issue Electronic Banking Transfers (EBTs) or Concession Cards.
